What is DTF (Direct to Film)?

Direct to Film (DTF) is a modern printing method where designs are printed onto a specialized film and transferred directly onto fabric using heat and pressure. This process delivers full-color, high-detail prints that work on a wide range of materials including cotton, polyester, and blends. DTF transfers offer a soft feel, strong stretch, and long-lasting performance, making them ideal for both small runs and large-scale production.

  • Heat Press Instructions

    For best results, follow these application guidelines:

    • Temperature: 320°F
    • Pressure: Medium to firm
    • Time: 10–15 seconds
    • Peel: Warm to Cool Peel
    • Second Press: 5–10 seconds with parchment or Teflon cover

    Pro-Tip: Instructions are for cotton shirts. Polyester requires lower temperature (275-290°F) for longer time (20-30 seconds).

  • Wash Care Instructions

    To maximize longevity and maintain print quality:

    • Turn garment inside out before washing.
    • Machine wash cold.
    • Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softener.
    • Tumble dry medium to low heat.
    • Do not iron directly on design.
