Heat Press Instructions
How do I apply my DTF transfers?
For best results, use a heat press (not a household iron). If using a Cricut Easy Press, make sure you are using a great amount of pressure. Test the corner before fully peeling transfer film.
For Cotton Shirts:
- Temperature: 320°F
- Pressure: Firm
- Time: 10 seconds
- Peel: Cool peel
- Final press: 5 seconds with parchment or Teflon sheet
For Polyester or Blend Shirts:
- Temperature: 265-290°F
- Pressure: Medium
- Time: 15-20 seconds
- Peel: Cold peel
- Final press: 5–10 seconds with parchment or Teflon sheet
Pro tip: Consistent pressure and even heat are key to achieving a professional, long-lasting finish.
Size Chart (Gildan Standard Apparel)
How do your shirts fit?
We primarily use standard Gildan sizing, which offers a classic, true-to-size fit.
- Adult: S–3XL (true to size, slightly relaxed fit)
- Youth: XS–XL (standard youth sizing)
We recommend sizing up for an oversized look or if you prefer a looser fit. For exact measurements, please refer to our size chart section before ordering.
Turnaround Time
How long will my order take?
- DTF Transfers / Gang Sheet Orders: Ready same-day if ordered by 12PM. Or typically ready in 4-6 hours depending on print queue.
- Standard Apparel Orders: 2–3 business days
- Custom / Bulk Orders: 5–10 business days
Turnaround times may vary based on order volume and design complexity. We prioritize efficiency without compromising quality.
Order Status Updates
Will I receive updates on my order?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive:
- Order confirmation
- Production updates (if applicable)
- Shipping or pickup notification

Local Delivery & Pickup
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery for $5 within a 20 mile radius. $10 for 25-40 miles.
- Delivery windows are scheduled after order completion
- If delivery is unsuccessful, the order must be picked up
- No re-delivery attempts will be made
- Minimum $20 order to qualify for local delivery
Where do I find local delivery?
- At the checkout menu, click the SHIP tab. You will see it if you entered your address and the order meets our minimum order threshold.
Shipping Information
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship across the U.S.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- Tracking information is provided once shipped
- Delivery times vary based on carrier and location
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Refund Policy
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final. However, we stand behind our quality.
- We will reprint orders if there is a verified issue on our end
- We are not responsible for low-quality or incorrect file uploads
- No refunds or re-deliveries on local delivery orders
