2. Products & Services

J & K Graphic Apparel specializes in custom apparel, Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers, custom printing, and related products. Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, placement, and size may occur.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service at any time without prior notice.

3. Customer Artwork & File Requirements

Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork.

For best results:

  • PNG files with transparent backgrounds are recommended.

  • Artwork should be at least 300 DPI.

  • Images should be sized correctly before uploading.

  • We are not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or improperly prepared files.

Unless requested, uploaded artwork is printed exactly as submitted.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it.

  • Your artwork does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

J & K Graphic Apparel is not responsible for unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material submitted by customers. Customers assume all legal responsibility for the content they provide.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that may violate intellectual property laws or contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an error is discovered after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order after contacting the customer.

6. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be successfully processed.

7. Production & Turnaround Time

Estimated production times are provided for planning purposes only.

Production times may vary due to:

  • Order volume

  • Equipment maintenance

  • Material availability

  • Holidays

  • Severe weather or unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer.

  • J & K Graphic Apparel is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or weather-related delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping charges may apply if incorrect information is provided.

9. Local Pickup & Delivery

Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

Local delivery is available in select areas.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may need to be picked up or additional delivery fees may apply.

Because many of our products are custom-made, most sales are final.

If an error was made by J & K Graphic Apparel, we will work with you to correct the issue.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled because materials and labor have already been committed.

12. Color Accuracy

We strive to reproduce colors as accurately as possible.

However, colors displayed on monitors, tablets, and mobile devices may differ from printed results due to screen calibration and printing processes.

Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J & K Graphic Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

14. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We respect your personal information and only collect information necessary to process orders, communicate with customers, and improve our services.

15. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
