Refund policy
At J & K Graphic Apparel, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and maintaining a transparent customer experience. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle refunds, replacements, and order issues.
DTF Transfers (Direct-to-Film)
- All DTF transfer sales are final. We do not offer refunds on these products.
- If there is a verified print quality issue caused on our end, we will gladly reprint your order at no additional cost.
- We are not responsible for poor-quality uploads, including low-resolution, pixelated, or blurry images submitted by the customer.
Local Delivery Orders
- All local delivery orders are non-refundable and non-replaceable once dispatched.
- If a delivery cannot be completed due to incomplete or missing information (including lack of gate code or access instructions), the order will be marked as undeliverable.
- Customers are responsible for arranging pickup of any undeliverable orders.
Apparel Orders
- All apparel is produced based on the specifications provided at checkout.
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect sizes selected by the customer.
- If there is a quality issue or defect, customers must report it within 3 days of delivery.
- Approved claims will be resolved through either a replacement item or store credit, at our discretion.
General Policy Notes
- All claims must include clear photo evidence to support the request.
- We reserve the right to assess each situation to ensure a fair and consistent resolution.
